These Terms & Conditions and Service Policies apply to all bookings, treatments, packages, promotions, prepaid services, competitions and other offers provided by Sculpt Body & Wellness Clinics (“Sculpt”, “we”, “us” or “the Clinic”).
By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment or package, or participating in a promotion, clients agree to the applicable terms outlined below.
These terms operate subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), applicable privacy legislation and all other relevant Australian laws. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Offers and Bundles
All promotional offers, discounts and treatment bundles are subject to availability, eligibility and the specific conditions communicated with each offer.
Offers cannot be combined with other discounts, referral rewards, introductory offers or third-party promotions unless expressly stated.
A $50 deposit may be required for applicable offers and bundles.
Where required, the deposit must be paid at least 48 hours before the appointment. If payment is not received by the specified deadline, the Clinic may cancel or release the appointment, subject to applicable law.
Deposits are redeemable toward the eligible treatment or package for which they were paid.
If a client is assessed as unsuitable for the booked treatment and the treatment cannot safely proceed, the deposit will be handled in accordance with the applicable refund policy and Australian law.
Offers apply only to the treatments, areas, sessions and inclusions expressly stated in the promotion.
Offers cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
Specific promotional terms communicated at the time of purchase will apply to that offer, provided they comply with applicable law.
Deposit Policy
A $50 deposit may be required to secure promotional treatments, packages or selected appointments.
Where specified, the deposit must be paid at least 48 hours before the appointment.
The deposit will be credited toward the eligible treatment or package purchase.
If a treatment cannot proceed because the client is assessed as unsuitable, the deposit will be managed in accordance with the Clinic’s refund policy and applicable law.
Deposit refunds or retention are subject to the cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policies below, as well as the client’s rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Clients should retain their payment confirmation for reference.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are requested to provide at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling an appointment.
Where cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the appointment, the $50 deposit will generally be refundable.
Where cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit may be retained as a cancellation fee, subject to applicable law and the circumstances.
Clients must contact the Clinic directly to cancel and should obtain confirmation that the cancellation has been recorded.
Any cancellation fee will be applied fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their appointment once without an additional rescheduling fee, provided the request complies with the applicable booking conditions.
A second rescheduling of the same appointment may incur a fee equal to 20% of the booked service value.
The applicable fee will be communicated to the client before the rescheduling is confirmed.
Further rescheduling requests may be subject to additional conditions or advance payment requirements. These will be communicated before confirmation.
All rescheduling requests are subject to appointment availability.
If a client repeatedly reschedules and subsequently cancels or fails to attend, the deposit may be retained in accordance with the relevant policies and applicable law.
Any rescheduling fee will be applied consistently, fairly and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Refer-a-Friend Offer
Eligible referral promotions may provide a $50 credit to both the referring client and the new client.
The new client must meet the minimum purchase amount stated in the relevant promotion. Where the promotion specifies a minimum spend of $299, the first eligible transaction must be $299 or more.
The new client must provide the referrer’s name and email address before completing their first eligible transaction.
Referral credits will be applied after the qualifying transaction has been completed and paid for.
Both clients must be registered with the same participating Clinic location where required by the promotion.
Referral credits cannot be used to purchase skincare products.
Each credit must be used in a single eligible transaction. Unused balances cannot be exchanged for cash or carried forward unless expressly stated.
Referral credits cannot be combined with other offers unless the promotion specifically permits it.
All bookings remain subject to availability, suitability and the Clinic’s policies.
App Download Offers
App-related offers may be available to both new and existing clients, subject to the terms of the relevant promotion.
Where the offer specifies the following spending tiers:
Eligible treatment purchases of $399 or more but less than $699 may qualify for a $50 credit.
Eligible treatment purchases of $699 or more may qualify for 15% off the eligible purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion, the $50 credit and 15% discount are alternative offers and cannot be combined.
Clients must follow the app’s stated redemption instructions and meet any eligibility requirements.
Skincare products are excluded unless expressly included in the offer.
App offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
All treatments are subject to availability and professional suitability assessment.
Sculpt may amend or withdraw future promotional offers, subject to applicable law and any rights already accrued by clients.
Instagram Follow Offer
Clients who follow Sculpt’s official Instagram account may be eligible for 10% off their first eligible treatment where the promotion is available.
Proof of following the official account may be requested at redemption.
The offer is limited to one first eligible treatment per client unless stated otherwise.
The offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless expressly permitted.
Skincare products are excluded unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
The offer is subject to availability, treatment suitability and any additional conditions communicated with the promotion.
Newsletter Contests and Rewards
Newsletter contests and rewards are subject to the eligibility requirements, entry instructions, deadlines and redemption periods stated in the relevant promotion.
Depending on the specific promotion, a reward may consist of a $10 treatment credit or a complimentary LED treatment.
A $10 credit is valid for eligible treatments only and cannot be used to purchase skincare products.
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or change.
Rewards cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
Unused rewards expire at the end of the stated redemption period, subject to applicable law.
Any additional entry, eligibility or redemption requirements will be communicated as part of the relevant promotion.
Prepaid Treatments and Packages
Prepaid treatment purchases are subject to the inclusions, payment conditions and expiry terms communicated at the time of purchase.
Where no different expiry is expressly stated:
Packages containing fewer than 10 of the same treatment, purchased in one transaction for one client, expire 12 months from the purchase date.
Packages containing 10 or more of the same treatment, purchased in one transaction for one client, expire 18 months from the purchase date.
Prepaid treatments are intended for the purchasing client and are not transferable unless the Clinic approves otherwise.
Clients are responsible for booking sessions in advance. Appointments are subject to availability.
Prepaid packages cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
Refunds, cancellations, unused balances and package changes are handled under the applicable terms and Australian Consumer Law.
Following completion of a treatment plan, a qualified or appropriately certified treating professional may recommend maintenance sessions to help maintain results. Maintenance treatments are separate and chargeable unless expressly included in the original package.
Any recommended maintenance treatment, timing and applicable cost will be explained to the client before proceeding.
Client Consultation Policy
Every client must complete a consultation with an appropriately qualified or certified treating professional at the Clinic before treatment begins.
The consultation allows the treating professional to assess the client’s suitability, discuss concerns and goals, review relevant medical history and recommend an appropriate treatment plan.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their medical history, medications, allergies, skin conditions, previous treatments and any other information relevant to treatment safety.
The treating professional may recommend a different treatment, additional assessment, patch test or other safety measure where appropriate.
If the client is not suitable for the treatment originally booked, the treating professional may recommend a suitable alternative.
An alternative treatment may proceed only if it is professionally assessed as suitable, the client gives informed consent, and the client agrees to the applicable price and terms before treatment begins.
If no suitable alternative is available, or the client declines the recommended alternative, the original treatment will not proceed. Any deposit or prepayment will be handled in accordance with the Clinic’s refund policy and applicable law.
Clients may ask questions, decline a recommended treatment or withdraw consent. If consent is withdrawn during treatment, the treating professional will manage the situation appropriately and safely.
A booking does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be performed. Final treatment decisions depend on professional assessment, suitability, safety and informed consent.
Treatment Suitability and Consent Form Policy
Clients must complete the required consultation and suitability assessment before treatment.
Clients must disclose relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, skin concerns, previous treatments and any changes to their health or circumstances.
A required treatment consent form must be completed and signed at the Clinic before treatment begins.
Clients must ensure that the information supplied on consent forms is accurate and complete. The treating professional may ask questions or request clarification.
Treatment will not commence until the required form has been completed and the treating professional is satisfied that it is appropriate to proceed.
If a client refuses to complete a required form or provides incomplete information, the Clinic may postpone or decline treatment where necessary for safety or compliance.
Signing a consent form does not guarantee treatment. The final decision remains subject to professional assessment and suitability.
Clients may withdraw consent at any time. Where treatment has commenced, the treating professional will take appropriate steps to stop safely.
If a client is deemed unsuitable for treatment, any deposit or prepayment will be handled under the relevant policy and applicable law.
Information provided on the Clinic’s website, app or social media is general in nature and is not a substitute for an individual professional assessment.
Service-Specific Policies
All treatments are subject to individual assessment, professional suitability, informed consent and any relevant pre-treatment or aftercare requirements. Clients must follow the treating professional’s instructions.
HIFU Skin Tightening
HIFU suitability will be assessed before treatment. The treating professional will explain the proposed treatment areas, expected process, possible risks, limitations and aftercare. Results vary between individuals, and additional or maintenance sessions may be recommended at an additional cost unless included in the purchased package.
Microneedling and Skin Needling
Suitability will be assessed based on skin condition, medical history and other relevant factors. Clients must disclose active skin concerns, medications, allergies and previous procedures. Pre-treatment and aftercare instructions must be followed. Results vary, and additional sessions or complementary treatments may incur additional charges unless included in the package.
IPL Treatments and IPL Skin Treatments
IPL treatments require an individual suitability assessment. A patch test may be required before treatment. Clients must disclose relevant skin conditions, recent tanning, medications, photosensitivity and other factors that may affect safety. Treatment may be postponed or declined if unsuitable. Results vary, and the number of sessions required differs between individuals.
Laser Hair Removal
Laser hair removal requires a suitability assessment and a patch test where required by the treating professional or applicable treatment protocol. Clients must disclose relevant medical history, medications, recent tanning and any other factors affecting treatment safety. Results vary according to individual characteristics and treatment areas. Multiple sessions may be required, and complete or permanent hair removal is not guaranteed.
Laser Hair Removal Packages
Packages cover only the treatment areas and number of sessions specified at the time of purchase.
Where multiple areas are sold together and the package terms require them to be treated in the same appointment, those areas cannot be split across separate appointments unless the Clinic approves otherwise.
Clients should book package sessions in advance. All appointments are subject to availability.
Packages are intended for the purchasing client and cannot be shared with another person.
The package price must be paid in accordance with the payment terms communicated at purchase and before treatment where required.
Packages cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
“Full body” includes only the areas described in Sculpt’s relevant offer or package details. Areas not offered or expressly included are excluded.
Clients who do not wish to have a particular area treated must notify the team at the time of booking and again upon arrival for each relevant appointment.
Omitting an area does not automatically entitle the client to a price reduction, credit or refund, subject to applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated, package expiry follows the prepaid treatment policy: 12 months for fewer than 10 treatments and 18 months for 10 or more treatments purchased in one transaction for one client.
All sessions remain subject to professional suitability, consultation and any required patch test.
Cosmetic Tattoo Treatments
Cosmetic tattoo treatments require a consultation and suitability assessment. Clients must disclose relevant medical history, allergies, medications, previous cosmetic tattooing and any factors that may affect healing or results. Aftercare instructions must be followed. Results and pigment retention vary, and touch-ups or additional sessions may incur additional charges unless included in the original purchase.
Fat Freezing
Suitability for fat freezing must be assessed by the treating professional. Clients must disclose relevant health conditions, medications and other factors that may affect safety. The treatment is not a weight-loss solution, and results vary between individuals. Additional sessions may be recommended at an additional cost unless included in the offer.
Body Contouring
Body contouring treatments require an individual suitability assessment. Clients must disclose relevant health information and follow pre-treatment and aftercare instructions. Results vary, and additional sessions may be recommended at an additional cost unless included in the purchased package.

Clients must disclose relevant health information and follow the treating professional’s instructions. Results vary, and additional sessions may be required at an additional cost unless included.
EMS Treatments
EMS treatments are subject to suitability assessment and any applicable contraindications. Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, implanted devices, medications and other information requested by the treating professional. Treatment will only proceed when considered appropriate.
HydraFacial Treatments
HydraFacial treatments are subject to skin assessment and suitability. Clients must disclose allergies, sensitivities, active skin concerns, medications and recent procedures that may affect treatment. The treating professional may modify or postpone treatment where appropriate.
LED Treatments
LED treatments are subject to individual suitability and any relevant photosensitivity precautions. Clients must disclose relevant medications, health conditions and other factors that may affect safety. Results vary and depend on individual circumstances and the treatment plan.
Carbon Facials
Carbon facials require an assessment of skin condition and treatment suitability. Clients must disclose relevant skin concerns, medications, sensitivities and recent procedures. The treating professional may postpone or decline treatment if it is not appropriate.
Medi-Grade Peels
Medi-grade peels require an individual consultation and skin assessment. Clients must disclose relevant medications, allergies, recent treatments, skin conditions and any history that may affect treatment or healing. Pre-treatment and aftercare instructions must be followed. Treatment strength and suitability are determined by the treating professional.
General Service Conditions
For all services:
Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.
Additional sessions, maintenance treatments or complementary services may be recommended and may incur extra charges unless included in the original purchase.
Clients must provide accurate information and follow relevant pre-treatment and aftercare instructions.
The treating professional may modify, postpone, refuse or discontinue a treatment if it is unsafe or unsuitable.
Treatment descriptions and promotional materials do not replace an individual consultation or professional assessment.
Nothing in these conditions excludes rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Client Code of Conduct
Sculpt Body & Wellness Clinics is committed to providing a welcoming, professional, safe and respectful environment for clients, staff and treating professionals. All clients and visitors are expected to follow this Code of Conduct.
Respect and Professional Behaviour
Clients must treat team members, practitioners and other clients respectfully. Abusive language, harassment, discrimination, threats, intimidation, aggressive behaviour and other inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
Appointments and Punctuality
Clients should arrive on time and contact the Clinic if they expect to be late. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling if there is insufficient time to complete the service safely. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policies continue to apply.
Honest and Accurate Information
Clients must provide accurate and complete information relevant to their treatment, including medical history, medications, allergies, skin conditions and previous procedures. Any changes that may affect suitability or safety must be disclosed before the appointment or treatment.
Treatment Safety and Consent
Clients must follow reasonable safety instructions and pre-treatment or aftercare guidance. The treating professional may request additional information, recommend an alternative treatment, or decline or discontinue a service if it is considered unsafe or unsuitable. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and may withdraw consent, with treatment stopped safely where applicable.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Clients must respect the privacy of other clients and Clinic personnel.
Photographing, filming or recording other clients or staff without their permission is not permitted.
Clients must ask permission before recording consultations or treatment sessions.
Photos or videos intended for the Clinic’s marketing or promotional use require separate consent.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
Clinic Environment and Safety
Clients must follow reasonable hygiene, safety and equipment instructions. Smoking, vaping, illegal drug use, threatening behaviour, interfering with treatment equipment or entering restricted areas may result in the Clinic taking appropriate action to protect safety and wellbeing.
Children and Accompanying Guests
Clients should check with the Clinic before bringing children or additional guests to an appointment. Children must be supervised at all times. Depending on the treatment and safety requirements, children or accompanying guests may not be permitted in the treatment room.
Feedback and Complaints
Clients are encouraged to raise concerns respectfully with the Clinic Manager or through the contact details available on the Clinic’s website. The Clinic will review concerns fairly and respond as appropriate.
Breaches of the Code
Where conduct creates a safety concern, disrupts the Clinic or breaches these policies, Sculpt may take reasonable steps, including pausing an interaction, declining or discontinuing a treatment, or asking a client or visitor to leave. Decisions will be made in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.
The Clinic may also restrict future bookings where reasonably necessary and lawful.
Our Commitment
Sculpt is committed to treating clients fairly, respecting privacy, communicating clearly and maintaining a safe, inclusive and professional environment.
