Client Code of Conduct

Sculpt Body & Wellness Clinics is committed to providing a welcoming, professional, safe and respectful environment for clients, staff and treating professionals. All clients and visitors are expected to follow this Code of Conduct.

Respect and Professional Behaviour

Clients must treat team members, practitioners and other clients respectfully. Abusive language, harassment, discrimination, threats, intimidation, aggressive behaviour and other inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

Appointments and Punctuality

Clients should arrive on time and contact the Clinic if they expect to be late. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling if there is insufficient time to complete the service safely. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policies continue to apply.

Honest and Accurate Information

Clients must provide accurate and complete information relevant to their treatment, including medical history, medications, allergies, skin conditions and previous procedures. Any changes that may affect suitability or safety must be disclosed before the appointment or treatment.

Treatment Safety and Consent

Clients must follow reasonable safety instructions and pre-treatment or aftercare guidance. The treating professional may request additional information, recommend an alternative treatment, or decline or discontinue a service if it is considered unsafe or unsuitable. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and may withdraw consent, with treatment stopped safely where applicable.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Clients must respect the privacy of other clients and Clinic personnel.

  • Photographing, filming or recording other clients or staff without their permission is not permitted.

  • Clients must ask permission before recording consultations or treatment sessions.

  • Photos or videos intended for the Clinic’s marketing or promotional use require separate consent.

  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

Clinic Environment and Safety

Clients must follow reasonable hygiene, safety and equipment instructions. Smoking, vaping, illegal drug use, threatening behaviour, interfering with treatment equipment or entering restricted areas may result in the Clinic taking appropriate action to protect safety and wellbeing.

Children and Accompanying Guests

Clients should check with the Clinic before bringing children or additional guests to an appointment. Children must be supervised at all times. Depending on the treatment and safety requirements, children or accompanying guests may not be permitted in the treatment room.

Feedback and Complaints

Clients are encouraged to raise concerns respectfully with the Clinic Manager or through the contact details available on the Clinic’s website. The Clinic will review concerns fairly and respond as appropriate.

Breaches of the Code

Where conduct creates a safety concern, disrupts the Clinic or breaches these policies, Sculpt may take reasonable steps, including pausing an interaction, declining or discontinuing a treatment, or asking a client or visitor to leave. Decisions will be made in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.

The Clinic may also restrict future bookings where reasonably necessary and lawful.

Our Commitment

Sculpt is committed to treating clients fairly, respecting privacy, communicating clearly and maintaining a safe, inclusive and professional environment.
